BAI released a circular on 09th August 2021 stating the deferral of Senior All India Ranking tournaments that were scheduled to be held in August and September, at Karnataka Badminton Association, Bangalore.

This decision was taken due to the COVID restrictions put in place by the Karnataka state government.

Both the senior ranking tournaments were supposed to be held from 27th August - 03rd September and 04th September - 11th Spetember 2021.
